Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Rescheduling -All deposits are non-refundable. -Each deposit allows for one (1) reschedule only. -Rescheduled appointments must take place within 30 days of the original canceled or rescheduled appointment. -Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. -No-shows will automatically result in the loss of the deposit. -Failure to comply with these policies will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Booking & Availability -It is recommended to book your next appointment before leaving the studio to secure availability. -Appointments are limited, and availability is prioritized for new and returning clients. -Consultation Requirements (New Clients & Design Services) -New clients must send a clear photo of their current nails/hands prior to their appointment. -Any client (new or returning) requesting designs must send a photo of the desired design or inspiration before their appointment. -All design services — including French, Chrome, Cat Eye, and Nail Art — must be selected at the time of booking. -Selecting the correct design ensures: -Proper time allocation for the service -Advance preparation of materials and design -Last-minute design additions will not be accepted if they were not selected at the time of booking. Maintenance & New Set Requirements -Maintenance (fill or rebalance) is recommended every 3–4 weeks. -Appointments scheduled after 4 weeks require a full removal and new set. -If more than 4 weeks have passed, you must book: -Product removal -New set service -Failure to book the correct services may result in: -A reduced service -Modification of the service -Or rescheduling of the appointment Late Arrivals -A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in: -A reduced service -A partial service or cancellation, depending on available time -Full service is not guaranteed if you arrive late. Service Changes -If you book a specific service and decide to switch to a shorter or lower-priced service on the day of your appointment, the original booked amount will still be charged. -Time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes impact the work schedule.
