She is a Dominican professional manicurist based in the United States, with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. She began her training in 2000 at Capri Institute in NJ, where she obtained her foundation in Cosmetology, and since then she has continued to refine her techniques with multiple specialized certifications.

Throughout her career, Josefina has developed extensive expertise in Russian Manicure, Acrylic, Builder Gel, Soft Gel with Aprés, stamping, and freelance design, establishing herself as a versatile and highly skilled professional. Her credentials include Kokoist Specialist Levels 1 and 2, Gel Master certification, Nail Thoughts Certified, and other advanced accreditations in contemporary techniques.

In addition to her technical background, Josefina has experience in customer service and sales, skills that strengthen her personalized and detail-oriented approach to every service. For the past two years, she has owned The Nail Room by Jossie, a space that combines professionalism, creativity, and attentive service, and which won the bronze award for best nail salon in Fort Lauderdale.

Committed to her community, Josefina is promoting a special project to donate hygiene products to homeless people, collaborating with a local church to support those who need it most.
